Cancellation Policy
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are between Combat Academy for Sport Limited, referred to as "the Venue," and the Hirer, referred to as "the User." By booking and using the Astro pitch, the User agrees to abide by the following terms: 1. GENERAL TERMS 1.1 Booking Confirmation: The User must pay the required deposit to confirm their booking. The booking is confirmed upon receipt of the full payment. 1.2 Hire Period: The hire period will be as outlined in the booking details. The pitch must be vacated promptly at the end of the hire period. The Venue reserves the right to charge additional fees for overruns. 2. USE OF THE PITCH 2.1 Hirer’s Risk: The use of the Astro pitch is at the User's own risk. The Venue is not responsible for any personal injuries, accidents, or loss or damage to property arising during the hire period, unless caused by the Venue's negligence. 2.2 Footwear Requirements: The User is responsible for ensuring that all participants wear football boots with moulded studs or blades only for playing on an Astro turf surface. Only astro trainers, blades or rubber-studded footwear are permitted. Metal stud boots, Trainers or inappropriate footwear may NOT be worn, as they can damage the surface. 2.3 Damage and Wear: The User is responsible for any damage caused to the pitch, facilities, or equipment during the hire period. The User agrees to reimburse the Venue for the full cost of repairing or replacing any items that are damaged due to misuse or negligence. 2.4 Pitch Usage: The pitch must only be used for its intended purpose, such as football or other approved sports. The User must ensure that activities do not damage the surface or equipment.
